But other than that, I mean it's a really great space.

There's a pool, four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms.

It's got a nice kitchen and great room, living room.

So, nice.

Yeah, nice and private, gated.

So here we are in Travertine and Harvard Court.

And a big open area with a beautiful view.

I'm going to take a look.

Pretty much, yeah.

After everything we've looked at I think that this place is perfect for you.

It's beautiful here, I mean it's breathtaking.

Yeah, I mean I think that you can bring dates home.

Yeah, well I'm single so I guess that would work.

So what's all the noise up there? Is that building new houses?

Yeah, they're building something.

This is only the second time I've been here.

And they were building here last time.

But I'm sure that everybody's doing improvements.
