Welcome back everybody. So today we're going to use the step stool just for mobility and just as a prop.

So we're going to do some arm presses here today.

Working to strengthen my arms.

Core squeezed.

So lots of ways you can do these presses.

You can do them on the wall. If you don't have a step stool.

You can do them on the bed. Just anywhere that you can find something to lean on.

Okay.

And it works to strengthen your core.

As well as your arms and your chest. So squeeze everything here.

Okay.

Now we're going to pull it in a little bit closer.

And we're going to use it like a yoga bolster.

And we're just going to press the legs back.

So I've been working to really strengthen the backs of my legs and my glutes.

So this is one way to do it.

You can also put weights on if you wanted.

I did my weights yesterday. So today I'm just going to...

I'm going to be easy. You don't want to do weights two days in a row.

Because it will make your muscles really sore.

And switch sides.

And last one.

Okay. The next one we're going to do is just out to the side.

And then switch sides.

And switch back.

So I'm going to do 25. I'm doing 10 on each side.

And five more.

And then we do a really good stretch.

So one, two, three, four, five.
