How is that for a dramatic video title? Currently 215 pounds with 10% body fat according to my high tech scale. I have not done cardio in years, but in theory I could reduce the blubber content with some effort. I do work out daily though. Very light weights, an inexpensive Total Gym copy, workout powder, protein powder, etc. I am flattered you find me an inspiration and that fact drives me to get bigger.
